Reservations
Visitors for school, corporate group and any other groups of 20 or more, please see the 'Groups' section below.
- We do not accept reservations by phone.
- Reservations can be made from one month prior to a visit.
(If you want to visit on Oct 15, a reservation can be made from Sep 15.) - Admission is 9:30-16:30
- You can walk around the museum freely. Attendants in each area will answer questions and give demonstrations upon request whenever possible.
- Some hands-on exhibits may close at about 16:45.
- On entering, please show the "Reception number" in your confirmation email.
- Visitors under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over. Reservations also must be made by adults.
- Do not enter while under the influence of alcohol.

- Wearing mask is no longer mandatory in our museum, however we may ask for your corporation in certain situations.
- Please sanitize your hands at the entrance to the museum.
Please refrain from visiting the museum if any of the following apply:
- You have a fever of over 37.5℃.
- You have cold symptoms (cough, sore throat, etc.) or loss of smell and taste.

- We will contact you after the tour schedule is arranged based on your application.
