Reservations

Visitors for school, corporate group and any other groups of 20 or more, please see the 'Groups' section below.

  • We do not accept reservations by phone.
  • Reservations can be made from one month prior to a visit.
    (If you want to visit on Oct 15, a reservation can be made from Sep 15.)
  • Admission is 9:30-16:30
  • You can walk around the museum freely. Attendants in each area will answer questions and give demonstrations upon request whenever possible.
  • On entering, please show the "Reception number" in your confirmation email.
  • Visitors under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.

  • We request that visitors aged 3 and over wear masks in the museum.
  • We will use thermography to measure your temperature at the entrance. Please sanitize your hands when you enter, and regularly during your visit.
  • Maintain a social distance from other visitors.
  • Do not speak loudly.

Please refrain from visiting the museum if any of the following apply:

  • You have a fever of over 37.5℃.
  • You have cold symptoms (cough, sore throat, etc.) or loss of smell and taste.

  • Reservations can be made from 3 months prior to a visit.

  • We will contact you after the tour schedule is arranged based on your application.
  • We do not provide any parking spots.
  • Please note that group bus boarding area is not available on Saturdays.
