Health & Safety Measures
Toshiba Science Museum has taken measures to ensure the safety of visitors.
1. An admission reservation system and limitations on the number of visitors
2. A ventilation system that replaces the air in the museum approximately every 20 minutes
3. A separate entrance and exit to avoid crowding
4. Hand sanitizers
There are available at various points throughout the museum.
5. Installation of acrylic partitions to prevent aerosol infection
6. Cleaning and disinfection of area visitors may touch—exhibits, seats, handrails, etc.
Installation of UVee, ultraviolet irradiation equipment to suppress viruses at the entrance and exit, and near the Smart Building Experience

7. Staff measures
- Monitor body temperature, etc., before leaving home and on arriving at work
- Regularly wash and sanitize hands
- Wear masks at all time
Requests to visitors
①Advance reservations are required for admission.
②If you have a fever of over 37.5 ℃ or feel unwell, please refrain from visiting the museum.
③Please sanitize your hands at the entrance to the museum.
④Wearing mask is no longer mandatory in our museum, however we may ask for your corporation in certain situations.
⑤Please do not eat inside the museum, including candy and chewing gum. Drinks are allowed only in designated areas.
